Enhance Youth Participation in Public Affairs:
- Further expanding the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth
- Establishing the District Youth Community Building Committees and District Youth Development and Civic Education Committees in 18 districts to facilitate young people to offer advice on district development and works projects, and opening up the committees for young people to nominate themselves to participate
- Establishing a youth network to gather a group of vibrant, diverse and competitive young people who are committed to active engagement in community building
- Launching a one-stop information mobile app for young people to disseminate diversified information on various youth development programmes, and foster engagement of the youth community
- Encouraging youth’s participation in volunteer service and contribute to society
